I'll tell you a story.
When my daughter was little, she had a teddy bear. For years, she couldn’t fall asleep without it. It was her constant companion—on trips, at home, everywhere. That bear absorbed all the smells and memories of her childhood. Then, one day, we accidentally left it behind during a trip.
I can’t even begin to describe the heartbreak and tears that followed. We called the hotel from another country, hoping to find it. We tried to convince her that a new one would be better, shinier, and fluffier. But how can you replace a friend? Even if it was worn out, matted, and held together by a few loose threads. No way.
Over time, the pain of losing it faded, and a new stuffed toy replaced it. But that experience stayed with me. It made me think about all the lost and forgotten stuffed animals out there—those little friends who once meant the world to someone.
That’s how the idea for 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐲𝐬 was born. It’s a project dedicated to giving lost and forgotten plushies a second life somewhere in an imagined rainbow or paradise garden.
Because every stuffed toy has a story, and every story deserves a happy ending.
